How We Pick and Compare Products
ElectriFinds publishes buying guides to help you choose consumer electronics with more confidence. This page explains how we research products, what we do and do not do, and how the site is funded.
What ElectriFinds Covers
We start with audio gear: headphones, earbuds, Bluetooth speakers and gaming headsets. We plan to cover cameras and laptops later. Our guides are organized by budget and use case, so you can find the option that fits how you will actually use it.
How We Research Products
We have not personally tested the products in our guides. Our recommendations come from research, including manufacturer specifications, independent expert reviews and buyer feedback. We would rather say this clearly than imply hands-on testing that did not happen.
How We Compare Products
For each guide, we compare options on the factors that matter for that product type. We explain who each pick suits and what its trade-offs are. A product that fits one budget or use case may not fit another, and we say so.
Limits of Our Guides
Because we do not test products ourselves, our recommendations are research-based guidance, not lab results. Specifications and prices can change, so check the retailer's page before you buy.
How ElectriFinds Is Funded
ElectriFinds does not currently earn money from affiliate links. If that changes, we will say so on our Affiliate Disclosure page and label affiliate links in our articles.
